What services we provide?

Lil' VIPs Care provides on-site childcare during weddings and wedding-weekend events across Temecula wine country and North County San Diego. Our team of professional nannies transforms a spare room, covered patio, or lawn area into a fully equipped activity space - and manages everything from setup to cleanup.

What do you need from the venue?

Just a designated space. A side room, covered patio, lawn area, or unused banquet space works perfectly. We bring all supplies and furniture — pack-and-plays, activity tables, signage — and clean up completely. We never need access to the kitchen, bar, or main event space

What if fewer or more kids show up than expected?

We always staff for the confirmed headcount plus a buffer. If extra children arrive day-of, we accommodate them. If fewer show, the couple is not charged extra — pricing is per package, not per child.

Can we add childcare to our wedding website?

Absolutely. We provide couples with a templated RSVP insert and a link to a form where guests can RSVP their children. This helps us plan staffing and age-appropriate activities. We handle all guest communication.

Yes. We carry general liability insurance ($1M per occurrence) and professional liability insurance specifically covering childcare services at events
